Welcome! I’m Audrey.
Throughout my career in fashion, I’ve had the pleasure of working with brands of all shapes and sizes. Some of my career highlights include designing and hand-tailoring custom dresses for the likes of Blake Lively, Gwenyth Paltrow, Michelle Obama, and Danielle Bernstein, and my work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, InStyle, Women’s Wear Daily, and Refinery29, among others. I’ve had the true honor of co-creating and launching rapidly successful start-up brands, and working on special projects with major global retailers like Net-A-Porter, FWRD, Intermix, and Revolve. The early years in my career working in New York City gave me valuable experience and knowledge that I’m now thrilled to share with fashion brands all over.
When I relocated to New Orleans in 2020, I found my true passion and calling: supporting female entrepreneurs and championing emerging women’s fashion brands (primarily those that are thriving outside of the US’s ‘traditional’ fashion capitals). My clients constantly inspire me and expand my visions of what’s possible, in creativity, in business, in life. It’s an honor and a privilege to play a role in supporting their successes!
A lifelong collector of vintage clothing and textiles, my archive of relics of the past is one of my favorite sources to pull inspiration from in my designs. In 2019, I founded the online women’s vintage clothing boutique Adele Rose Vintage to share my overflowing vintage archive with the world, and to encourage conscious fashion consumption. Through Adele Rose Vintage, I designed a collection of antique lace bridal dresses, which garnered the attention of Anthropologie Weddings. This spurred a new collaboration, and soon after, the bridal and occasionwear label Audrey Adele was launched at Anthropologie. The Audrey Adele collection takes inspiration from vintage embroideries and embellishments, interpreted in modern silhouettes. You can check out the collection here!
I’m a lifelong creator, so I always have a project (or many) on deck, with personal and professional pursuits frequently overlapping, inspiring, and informing one another. Outside of fashion, my husband and I are excited to soon take on our biggest creative project yet—building a custom home! When I’m not working in my studio or on-site with clients, you can find me in nature by the nearest body of water, traveling with family, or attempting (humbly) to improve my tennis game.
